Who is Howe HR Dorset?

Howe HR Dorset is me - Pam Howe.

I'm a CIPD-qualified HR professional with over 35 years experience, and I set up Howe HR Dorset to provide small and growing businesses with the kind of straightforward, personal HR support they often need but don't necessarily require in-house HR.

When you work with Howe HR Dorset, you deal directly with me. I take the time to understand your business, explain things clearly and provide practical support that works in the real world.

Whether you need help with a one-off project, an employee issue or ongoing HR support, you'll have someone you can pick up the phone to when you need guidance.

Professional HR support with a personal approach - without the corporate jargon.
