One of our peacocks keeping an eye on me while I work! :-)

One of the things I enjoy about running Howe HR Dorset is being able to work flexibly - although apparently I have some rather unusual supervisors!

Behind the scenes, I'm usually busy helping small and growing businesses with contracts, policies, employee issues and all those HR questions that crop up when you're running a business.

Friendly, practical HR support - with the occasional interruption from a peacock!
