There's more to life than HR :-)

When I'm not helping businesses with their HR, I love spending time outdoors and enjoying life away from the laptop.

Running my own business is important to me, but so is having time for the things I enjoy outside of work. It's all part of finding that balanace - something I think many small business owners will understand.

So, when I'm not talking contracts, polciies or people problems, this is a little glimpse of what I get up to instead :-)
